Low Carb High Party isn’t only about low carb food and drinks… I love to work out, too! Fitness can be fun. Here I share my ideas about fitness and what works for me. After all, a low carb lifestyle includes both the kitchen AND the gym. I’m currently working out with the Beach Body 21 Day Fix program. Past workouts have included P90X3, which will probably work it’s way back into the rotation in future months, along with PiYo for a little variety. Your low carb diet results will soar when you incorporate a fitness plan. You’ll be amazed at how much fun you can have getting healthy when your diet and exercise efforts unite.
