In my Back To You September Challenge Group we are talking about self respect today. I asked my challengers to identify some obstacles that they wanted to walk away from. It struck me how similar our issues are and how vicious the cycle can be when it comes to our health.

Whatever your obstacle is, just know that you’re not alone! Everybody faces their own struggles along their health journey and that’s ok. Gaining the self-respect and strength to move past that in the right direction is what it’s all about.
